It is well-known as the "Fruit Garden of Pakistan", due to the variety of its plants and animal wildlife. It is located at an average elevation of 5,429 feet above sea level. It is a major stronghold along the western border of the country. The Pishin Valley is 50 kilometers away from Quetta, it is filled with abundant fruit orchards. These orchards are irrigated by 'karez'. There is yet one more magnetism of cool waters, i.e. man-made lake with Bund Khushdil Khan. A broad variety of ducks gives tempting loveliness throughout winters.
